Every Promptline plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required — so you can evaluate the full feature set before paying.

Monthly Plans

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time on monthly plans.

Annual Plans

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your initial annual purchase for a full refund.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, reach out and we will make it right.
